Rajiv Gandhi University, RGU, Applications in prescribed pro forma are invited for filling up of the following Faculty positions in various Departments. post : Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor

1. Professor :
No of post : 09 posts (UR-6, SC-2, ST-1)
Age Limit : As Per UGC Rules.
Scale of Pay : As Per UGC Rules and Regulations Norms.
Essential Qualification & Experience : An eminent scholar with Ph.D Qualification in the concerned/Allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in Research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as book and research/policy papers. A minimum 10 years of teaching experience in University / College, and or experience in research at the University.

2. Associate Professor :
No of post : 16 posts (UR-11, SC-3, ST-2)
Age Limit : As Per UGC Rules.
Scale of Pay : As Per UGC Rules and Regulations Norms.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Good in Academic record with a Ph.D in at concerned the University, College level and or research/Allied/relevant disciplines. A minimum 10 years of teaching experience in University / College, and or experience in research at the University.

3. Assistant Professor :
No of post : 08 posts (UR-4, OBC-2, SC-1, PWD-1)
Age Limit : As Per UGC Rules.
Scale of Pay : As Per UGC Rules and Regulations Norms.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Good in Academic record with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade point scale wherever grading system is followed, At the Master Degree level in the relevant subject or an equivalent degree from an accredited Indian/Forreign University.
