BITS, Pilani is a University established under section 3 of the UGC Act and offers degree programmes in Engineering, Sciences, Pharmacy, Management, etc at different levels, namely first degree, higher degree and Ph.D. degree

Applications are invited for faculty positions mainly for its Hyderabad campus. Some positions may also be available in Pilani and Goa Campuses. Faculty positions are available in the following disciplines:

• Areas : Bio Sciences/Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Information Systems, ECE, EEE, English, Instrumentation, Economics & Finance, Management, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Pharmacy and Public Health
• Qualification : Candidates for all the posts should normally possess a Ph.D. degree in the respective discipline from reputed Institutions in India or abroad. Depending upon the qualifications and experience, candidates will be considered for following positions in the scale mentioned against each
  • Professor : 16400-22400
  • Associate Professor : 16400-20900
  • Assistant Professor : 12000-18300
  • Lecturer : 8000-13500
