Pondicherry University, a Central University, is in the process of large scale expansion with bright growth prospects for the talented youngsters. The University is seeking highly qualified, dedicated and academically productive faculty members who have strong commitment in innovative teaching and high quality research in the following subjects/disciplines for appointments:

1. Professor : 04 post (1 each in Management Studies, Computer Science, Kamban Chair, Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Chair)
2. Reader : 03 posts (one each in Economics, Physical Education & Sports, Politics & International Studies)
3. Reader (Contract) : 05 posts (French -1, International Business-2, Politics & International Studies-1, Management Studies-1)
4. Lecturers : 03 posts (one each in Mathematics, Tourism Studies, Ocean Studies & Marine Biology)

How to Apply : Prescribed application form along with a Bank draft of Rs. 500 drawn in favour of the Finance Officer (UDF), Pondicherry University payable at Pondicherry, are to be sent to the The Registrar Pondicherry University, R.V. Nagar, Kalapet, Pondicherry – 605014. The SC/ST and Physically handicapped candidates are to enclose Rs. 125/- only along with the application etc. towards the application fee.
