Applications on the presribed form are invited and should reach the office of the Registrar latest by 13/12/2007 :

• Professor (Pay Scale Rs.16400-22400) : 07 posts in Geography & Regional Development, Education, Hindi, Library & Information Science, Management Studies, Physics and Persian.
• Lecturers (Pay Scale Rs.8000-13500) : 04 posts in Mathematics, PG Centre, Baramulla (Computer Application), Sociology and Urdu
• Registrar (Pay Scale Rs. 16400-22400) : 01 post.
• Research Associates in the Centre of Central Asian Studies (Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500) : 03 posts (one each in the discipline of Sociology, Islamic Studies and Political Science/ International Relations)

Application Form : Applications can be had from the office of Deputy Registrar ( Printing & Stationery) by depositing Rs. 350/- in the University chest, Hazratbal or by sending bank draft drawn in favour of the Registrar of the University, cashable at J&K Bank Ltd. University campus, Hazratbal, Srinagar along with necessary postage stamps.

Application Form is also available on the University website. Application form can be downloaded from the website and sent to this office along with bank draft for Rs. 350/- drawn in favour of the Registrar, University of Kashmir, cashable at Srinagar.
