Jammu & Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute, JKEDI, Sampore, Pampore (Kashmir) – 191101 Jawaharlal Nehru Udhyog Bhawan, Rail Head Complex, Jammu – 180012 Industrial Estate Leh, Ladakh – 194101, India.

Jammu & Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute, JKEDI, Applications from eligible candidates are invited on prescribed form for the positions detailed below on deputation/contract basis initially for a period of two years. Any further extension or regularization will depend on their performance and need of Institute.
 
I. Professor/Chief Faculty : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 16400-450-20000/-, Age Limit : Candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 45 years of age as on 01.01.2010. Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D or equivalent in Management/Economics/Sociology with 10 years relevant experience in regular cadre of which at least 5 years experience in the pay scale of Associate Professor/Reader.

II. Associate Professor/ Sr. Faculty (Entrepreneurship & General Management) : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 12000-375-18300/-, Age Limit : Candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 45 years of age as on 01.01.2010. Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. or equivalent in Management with 7 years relevant experience in regular cadre with at least 5 years experience in the pay scale of Faculty/Assistant Faculty.

III. Associate Professor/ Sr. Faculty (Floriculture) : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 12000-375-18300/-, Age Limit : Candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 45 years of age as on 01.01.2010. Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. or equivalent in Management with 7 years relevant experience in regular cadre with at least 5 years experience in the pay scale of Faculty/Assistant Faculty.

IV. Associate Professor/ Sr. Faculty (Information Technology) : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 12000-375-18300/-, Age Limit : Candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 45 years of age as on 01.01.2010. Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. or equivalent in Management with 7 years relevant experience in regular cadre with at least 5 years experience in the pay scale of Faculty/Assistant Faculty.
 
V. Lecturer / Assistant Faculty (Food Technology) : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 8000 to 13500/-, Age Limit : Candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 45 years of age as on 01.01.2010. Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Tech in Information Technology/Electronics and Communication with 55% marks in the subject concerned.

VI. Lecturer / Assistant Faculty (Projects) : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 8000 to 13500/-, Age Limit : Candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 45 years of age as on 01.01.2010. Essential Qualification & Experience : Masters Degree in Management (MBA) with 55% marks.
