Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, MANIT, is an Institute of National importance imparting quality education in Science, Engineering, Architecture, Planning & Management at Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral levels. Applications are invited from qualified Indian nationals for faculty posts at the level of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in the following disciplines.
1. Professor :
No of post : 40 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 10000/- per month.
Age Limit : The Upper age limit is 55 years.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D Degree with First Class degree at Bachelors or & Experience Master’s level in the appropriate / relevant branch of Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Management / Science with relevant specialization as per Annexure-I. Ten Years experience in Teaching / Industry / Research out of which atleast 04 years must be at level of Associate Professor or equivalent.
2. Associate Professor :
No of post : 46 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 10000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D Degree with First Class degree at Bachelors or & Experience Master’s level in the appropriate / relevant branch of Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Management / Science with relevant specialization as per Annexure-I. Six Years experience in Teaching / Industry / Research out of which atleast 04 years must be at level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.
Age Limit : The Upper age limit is 45 years.
3. Assistant Professor :
No of post : 24 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 AGP Rs. 6000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D Degree in relevant area with First Class & Experience degree at Bachelors or Master’s level in the appropriate / relevant branch of Engineering / Technology / Science / Management / Architecture with relevant specialization. Suitable candidates without Ph.D may be appointed on purely contract basis, to be regularized after attaining PhD, subject to good performance during the contractual period.
Age Limit : The Upper age limit is 35 years.
