Gautam Buddha University is sponsored by the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) and the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) and is supported by Government of Uttar Pradesh. Its Provides School of Information & Communication Technology, School of Biotechnologies & Social Sciences and also in Buddhist Studies & Civilisation
 
A. Professor: Pay Scale : Rs.18400-22400/- Should have Minimum 10 years Teaching / Research / Industrial experience.
B. Associate Professor : Pay Scale : Rs.16400-20000/- Should have Minimum 8 years Teaching / Research / Industrial experience.
C. Assistant Professor : Pay Scale : Rs.12000-18300/- At least have three years Teaching / Research / Industrial experience.
D. Research/ Faculty Associate : Pay : Rs.21000-25000/- Qualification should be Post Graduate with 55% marks for Gen/OBC and 50% marks for SC/ST candidates, in relevant discipline. Also 2 years Research/Industry/ Teaching experience at appropriate level.

Qualification: For Faculty jobs needed Ph.D. with first class or equivalent grade at the preceeding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout. Publicaiton of research paper in international journals is a must for all faculty applicants.
