Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, BARC, invites application for the following Group `A’ Gazetted posts as follows:
 
1. Scientific Officer (F) (Hospital Administrator) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 37400 to 67000 + Rs. 8700 (GP) + NPA.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBBS with Post Graduate degree in Hospital Administration with 12 years experience, out of which 3 years should be as Hospital Administrator (or) MBBS with Diploma in Hospital Administration with 15 years experience, out of which 3 years should be
as Hospital Administrator.
Age Limit : Not more than 50 years.

2. Medical Officer (Nuclear Medicine) in the grade of Scientific Officer (D) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Rs. 6600 (GP) + NPA.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MD (Nuclear Medicine) or DNB(Nuclear Medicine) or MD in Radiotherapy with DRM/DNM or MD in Radiodiagnosis with DRM/DNM or MD in Biophysics with DRM/DNM.
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years.

3. Medical Officer (Psychiatry) in the grade of Scientific Officer (D) :
No of Post : 01 post, 
Scale of Pay : Pay Band : Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Rs. 6600 (GP) + NPA.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MD/DNB in Psychiatry/Psychological Medicine from a MCI recognised Institution with preferably 2 years clinical/teaching experience.
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years.

4. Technical Officer (D) (Safety Officer) :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Rs. 6600 (GP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E/M.E degree in Safety Engineering with minimum 60% marks OR B.E/M.E in (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Chemical) with minimum 60% marks and Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety conducted by Directorate General Factory Advice Service & Labour Institute (DGFASLI, Govt. of India) or any other institutes approved by DGFASLI.
Experience : 4 years experience in Industrial Safety after completion of BE degree in Safety Engineering and Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety.
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years.

5. Technical Officer (D) (Horticulture) :
No of Post : 01 posts,
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Rs. 6600 (GP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Sc. in Horticulture having specialisation in land scaping and floriculture with minimum 60% marks and with 4 years or more experience in landscaping/ornamental gardening after obtaining requisite qualification. Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage.
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years.

6. Technical Officer (D) (Mechanical) :
No of Post : 06 posts,
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Rs. 6600 (GP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.E/M.Tech or B.E/B.Tech with minimum 60% marks from a recognised university.
Experience : 2 years for M.E/M. Tech & 4 years for B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Operations & Maintenance, Quality control of mechanical equipments and utility systems after obtaining requisite qualification.
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years.

7. Technical Officer (D) (Electrical) :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Rs. 6600 (GP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.E/M.Tech or B.E/B.Tech with minimum 60% marks from a recognised university.
Experience : 2 years for M.E/M. Tech & 4 years for B.E/ B.Tech in Design/Project Execution work in the field of generation/transmission/distribution/utilization of electrical power/operation and maintenance after obtaining requisite qualification.
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years.

8. Technical Officer (D) (Civil) :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Rs. 6600 (GP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.E/M.Tech (Civil) or B.E/B.Tech (Civil) with minimum 60% marks from a recognised university.
Experience : 2 years for M.E/M. Tech & 4 years for B.E/ B.Tech in Design/Project Execution work in the field of civil structures and related services after obtaining requisite qualification large manufacturing units after obtaining the requisite qualification.
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years.

9. Technical Officer (D) :
No of Post : 18 posts (Mechanical-4, Chemical-8, Electrical-3, Instrumentation-3),
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Rs. 6600 (GP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.E/M.Tech or B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical & Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks from a recognised university.
Experience : 2 years for M.E/M. Tech & 4 years for B.E/ B.Tech in Operation of nuclear/thermal power plant, Chemical plant, large manufacturing units after obtaining the requisite qualification.
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years

10. Medical Officer (GDMO for dispensary) :
No of Post : 03 posts in the grade,
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Rs. 5400 (GP) + NPA.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.E/M.Tech (Civil) or B.E/B.Tech (Civil) with minimum 60% marks from a recognised university.
Experience : 2 years for M.E/M. Tech & 4 years for B.E/ B.Tech in Design/Project Execution work in the field of civil structures and related services after obtaining requisite qualification large manufacturing units after obtaining the requisite qualification.
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years.

11. Scientific Officer (C) :
No of Post : 03 posts,
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Rs. 5400 (GP) + NPA.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBBS with one-year institutional experience. Mandatory internship shall not be counted as experience. Candidates with Post Graduate qualification and equivalent need not apply.
Age Limit : Not more than 35 years.
