Gujarat National Law University, GNLU, Looking for Competent, Committed & dynamic People for following Academic (teaching) and Administration (non–teaching) Posts:
 
I. Professor in Law : Academic Department, Pay scale: RS. 37400 to 67000 with Grade Pay Rs. 10000/-. Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. qualification in the concerned/ allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research / policy papers in indexed / ISBN/ISSN numbered journals and/or ISBN/ISSN numbered books and the University developed
ISBN/ISSN numbered list of journals/books hosted in the website of the concerned University. A minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National Level institutions/industries, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level;
II. Assistant Professors : (Senior Scale/Selection Grade) in Law,  Science and Technology, Commerce and Management, Political Science, Social Science, Economics, Pay scale: RS. 15600 to 39100 with Grade Pay Rs. 8000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
III. Head of Examinations : (Asst. Controller of Examinations) and Program Development. Pay scale: 15600 to 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s Degree with at least 55 % of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 pt scale along with a good academic record. Minimum 5 years of experience in programme development and execution;
IV. Rector-Hostel Administration (Male) : Pay scale: RS. 9300 to 34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : University degree; Minimum 5 years of experience as a warden and Hostel Administrator;
V. Placement Officer (Internship and Recruitment) : Pay scale: 9300 to 34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : University degree in Human Resources Management, Administration, Business or Public Administration; Minimum 5 years of experience in placement and training planning, development and execution;
VI. University Librarian : Pay scale: RS. 37400 to 67000 with Grade Pay of Rs. 10000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s degree in Library Science /Information Science with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade for 55% where grading system is practiced. A minimum of 15 years of teaching/librarian experience of which at least 5 years experience as a Deputy Librarian in a University Library.
VII. GNLU Campus Site and Maintenance Engineer (Male) : Pay scale: Rs. 9300 to 34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- (Grade II), Essential Qualification & Experience : A degree in civil engineering; minimum of 5 years’ civil engineering experience; a knowledge of the industry;
VIII. Girls & Boys Hostel Warden :  Pay scale: Rs. 8000/- Fix (Consolidated), Essential Qualification & Experience : University degree or diploma; Minimum 1 years of experience as a warden and Hostel Administrator.
