i. Jr. Engineer (C/M) :
No of Post : 06 posts (UR-4,SC-2),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10900 to 43500/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 45 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.

ii. Jr. Engineer (Electrical) :
No of Post : 20 posts (UR-12,SC-8),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10900 to 43500/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 45 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.

iii. Clerk :
No of Post : 06 posts (UR-6,SC-4),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6400 to 23000/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 45 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.

iv. Steno Typist :
No of Post : 03 posts (UR-2, SC-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6400 to 23000/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 45 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.

v. Line Man :
No of Post : 14 posts (UR-9, SC-5),
Scale of Pay : Rs. Rs. 6400 to 30500/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 45 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.

vi. Electrician (M&T) :
No of Post : 01 post (UR-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6400 to 30500/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 45 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.

vii. Electrician :
No of Post : 05 posts (UR-3, SC-2),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6400 to 30500/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 45 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.

viii. Fitter (Hydro Mech) :
No of Post : 01 post (UR-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6400 to 30500/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 45 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.

ix. Peon :
No of Post : 02 posts (UR-1, SC-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5100 to 15500/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 45 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.

x. Helper (Hydro Mech.) :
No of Post : 02 posts (SC-2),
Scale of Pay : 5100 to 17000/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 45 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.

xi. Helper (M&T) :
No of Post : 01 post (UR-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. Rs. 5100 to 17000/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 45 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.

xii. T-Mate :
No of Post : 30 posts (UR-14, SC-16),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5100 to 15500/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 45 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.

xiii. Sweeper :
No of Post : 01 post (SC-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5100 to 15500/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 45 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.

Application in the prescribed format should reach the Secretary, Vidyut Bhawan, HPSEB, Shimla-171004, on or before 03.04.2010, Candidates residing in Tribal and difficult areas upto 16.04.2010.
