Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, BARC, invites applications for Group C Non-Gazetted posts – Attendant, Upper Division Clerk, Stenographer Grade – III in BARC, Mumbai from the eligible candidates. The details of posts and eligibility criteria are specified candidates.
 
1. Attendant-A :
No of Post : 05 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200 grade pay Rs. 1800/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Tenth Pass/Matriculation passed from a recognized Board of India.
Age Limit : Age Limit as on 31.01.2011 (i) Unreserved : 37 Years, (ii) SC/ST : 42 Years, (iii) OBC : 40 Years, (iv) Relaxation for Ex-servicemen will be provided as per rules.

2. Upper Division Clerk (UDC) :
No of Post : 03 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200 grade pay Rs. 2400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) A degree in Arts, Science or Commerce or of a recognized university or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% of marks. (ii) Desirable: Minimum speed of 30 w.p.m in typewriting in English. (iii) Knowledge of Computer Application, Data Entry & Processing.
Age Limit : Age Limit as on 31.01.2011 (i) Unreserved : 37 Years, (ii) SC/ST : 42 Years, (iii) OBC : 40 Years, (iv) Relaxation for Ex-servicemen will be provided as per rules.

3. Stenographer Group-III :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200 grade pay Rs. 2400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Matriculation or equivalent (ii) Minimum speed of 80 w.p.m in English Shorthand & 30 w.p.m in English Typewriting
Desirable : Knowledge of Computer Application, Data Entry & Processing.
Age Limit : Age Limit as on 31.01.2011 (i) Unreserved : 37 Years, (ii) SC/ST : 42 Years, (iii) OBC : 40 Years, (iv) Relaxation for Ex-servicemen will be provided as per rules.
 
4. Sub-Officer/B1 :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 grade pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Essential Qualification & Experience : SSC or equivalent PLUS Sub- Officer’s course from National Fire Service College or from CISF Fire Training Centre + 05 years relevant experience as Leading Fireman in a recognized Civil/Industrial Fire Service Station of which at least 03 years relevant experience should be after obtaining the requisite qualification. OR 08 years experience as Fireman/ Driver-cum-Operator in a recognized Civil / Industrial Fire Service Station of which at least 03 years relevant experience must be after obtaining the requisite qualification.
Age Limit : Age Limit 40 years as on 31.01.2011. Relaxation for Ex-servicemen will be provided as per rules.
