Qualification:
Finance- CA/ICWA, MBA in Finance from recognised Institution.
HR & Administration- Graduate in any stream with full time Post Graduation degree or diploma from a recognised Institution in HR/PM/IR/Social Works, or General Management, or Public Administration, or PR/Mass Communication, or Company Secretariship, or LLB / LLM
Marketing & Materials – Graduate in any stream with Post Graduation degree or diploma in Marketing/Materials Management from recognised Institution.

Qualification: Post Graduation in Geology from a recognised Institution.

Selection Procedure:
Eligible registered candidates will be called for Written Test comprising of 1) General Aptitude Test and 2) Subject Knowledge Test (separate for each discipline) to be conducted at various centres. The written test papers will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi & English. However, the answer script will be in English. Hindi text is provided only for comprehension of question. Candidates who qualify for the written test will be called for Group Discussion/ Personal
Interview.
