All India Institute of Medical Sciences, AIIMS, Applications are invited for filling up the following posts in All India Institute of Medical Sciences on deputation / direct basis:
 
i. Finance & Chief Accounts Officer :
No of Post : 01 post,
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 56 years as on 13.09.2010.
Scale of Pay : Pay-band of Rs. 15600 to 39100 with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Officers from any of the Central Organized Accounts Services holding an analogous post or Audit / Accounts Officers from any of the Central Organized Accounts Departments with 7 years’ regular service.

ii. Administrative Officer :
No of Post : 06 posts,
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 56 years as on 13.09.2010.
Scale of Pay : Pay-band of Rs. 15600 to 39100 with Grade Pay Rs.  5400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Officers under the Central Govt. U.T. Administrations of Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts OR having a degree and experience in administration and establishment matters and also preferably in Accounts matters. Officers possessing MBA or PG Diploma in Personnel Management shall be given preference. (Period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years).

iii. Child Psychologist :
No of Post : 01 post,
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 35 years as on 13.09.2010.
Scale of Pay : Pay-band of Rs. 15600 to 39100 with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.A. with specialized training / Ph. D. in psychology / or any other equivalent qualification.

iv. Programmer :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 30 years as on 13.09.2010.
Scale of Pay : Pay-band of Rs. 9300 to 34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E./B. Tech. (computer Science/Computer Engineering) or Post Graduation in Science / Maths etc. or post graduation in Computer Application.

v. Yoga Instructor :
No of Post : 01 post,
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 40 years as on 13.09.2010.
Scale of Pay : Pay-band of Rs. 9300 to 34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Graduate from a recognized University (ii) Diploma in yoga from a recognized Institution by the Government (iii) Ten years’ experience of teaching and
training of yoga in a recognized Institution.

vi. Biochemist :
No of Post : 01 post,
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 30 years as on 13.09.2010.
Scale of Pay : Pay-band of Rs. 15600 to 39100 with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) a good Master’s Degree in Biochemistry or in Chemistry with Biochemistry as a special subject of a recognized university (ii) Three years research or
practical experience in Biochemistry or Pathological Laboratory preferably of a Medical College or Hospital.

vii. Operation Theatre Assistant :
No of Post : 166 posts,
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 30 years as on 13.09.2010.
Scale of Pay : Pay-band of Rs. 5200 to 20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 2800/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc. or 10+2 with Science with five years experience in the following areas : (i) O.T. (ii) ICU (iii) CSSD (iv) Manifold Room Preference will be given to candidates with certificate / diploma course in O.T. Techniques from recognized Hospital /
Institutions.

viii. Ophthalmic Technician Grade-I :
No of Post : 10 posts,
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 30 years as on 13.09.2010.
Scale of Pay : Pay-band of Rs. 9300 to 34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc. in Ophthalmic Techniques or equivalent from a recognized university/institution.

ix. Assistant Dietician :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 35 years as on 13.09.2010.
Scale of Pay : Pay-band of Rs. 9300 to 34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) M.Sc. (Food & Nutrition) from a recognized University / Institution (ii) 2 years experience in the line/preferably in a large teaching hospital.

x. Dental Technician Grade-II :
No of Post : 08 posts,
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 30 years as on 13.09.2010.
Scale of Pay : Pay-band of Rs. 5200 to 20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised University / Board. (ii) Diploma/Certificate from a recognized Institute in (a) Dental Hygiene; or (b) Dental Mechanic; (iii) Registered as Dental Hygienist/Dental Mechanic with Dental Council.
Desirable: Experience in a Dental Department of a Hospital for one year.

xi. Assistant Security Officer :
No of Post : 03 posts,
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 35 years as on 13.09.2010.
Scale of Pay : Pay-band of Rs. 9300 to 34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree of a recognized university or equivalent; At least 5 years in Deeping security preferably in the hospital/medical institution of repute.

xii. Librarian Grade-III :
No of Post : 03 posts,
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 30 years as on 13.09.2010.
Scale of Pay : Pay-band of Rs. 9300 to 34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience: 1. B.Sc. Degree or equivalent from a recognized University.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Library Science from a recognized University or Institute.
Desirable: Two years experience or acquisition of books, periodicals and documentation work in preferably, a medical library of standing repute.
