Northeast Frontier Railway, NFR, Applications in the prescribed format are invited from eligible Indian Nationals for filling up of Group-D posts in Northeast Frontier Railway, post : Group-D
Group – D : (In various trades)
No of post : 1230 posts (UR-479, OBC-256, SC-142, ST-71, PH-36, ExSM-246) in various categories
Age Limit : Between 18 to 33 years as on 01.01.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Minimum 10th class pass or ITI or equivalent. Academic qualification must be from recognized educational institution/Board, otherwise candidature will be rejected even after appointment to Railway Service.
RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE : The selection procedure will have a written examination. Written examinations will be held on common dates for all the railways. On the basis of marks obtained in the written exams, candidates will be shortlisted for Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Candidates will be further shortlisted in order of merit and called for verification of original certificates and identity. After the verification of all relevant originals of passed candidates, the candidates shall be subjected to Medical Examination.
