Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhijan, RMSA, on-line applications are invited from the intending candidates for the post of Graduate Teachers and Staff in Model schools located in 14 nos. of different educationally backward blocks of Assam. The appointment shall be on contractual basis, initially for a period of 11 months, which may be renewed depending on the satisfactory performance.

1. Graduate Teacher (English) :
No of post : 28 posts
Age Limit : The maximum age of the Applicants shall be 38 years of age as on 01st July, 2014 (Relaxation of age will be applicable for SC/ST Applicable to 5 years as per norms)
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 5200/- to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 3300/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.A (English) with 50% of marks with BT / B.Ed degree from any recognized university. TET qualified (Any)

2. Graduate Teacher (Science) :
No of post : 14 posts
Age Limit : The maximum age of the Applicants shall be 38 years of age as on 01st July, 2014 (Relaxation of age will be applicable for SC/ST Applicable to 5 years as per norms)
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 5200/- to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 3300/- per month.

3. Graduate Teacher (Math) :

Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 5200/- to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 3300/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : BCA / B.Sc (IT/CS) or BIT or DOEACC ‘B’ Level or BE / B.Tech. (IT/CS) or MCA or M.Sc (IT/CS) with at least 55% marks.

9. Music Teachers :
No of post : 14 posts
Age Limit : The maximum age of the Applicants shall be 38 years of age as on 01st July, 2014 (Relaxation of age will be applicable for SC/ST Applicable to 5 years as per norms)
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 5200/- to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2700/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelors degree in Music from a recognized University with 50% marks.

10. Librarian :
No of post : 14 posts
Age Limit : The maximum age of the Applicants shall be 38 years of age as on 01st July, 2014 (Relaxation of age will be applicable for SC/ST Applicable to 5 years as per norms)
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 5200/- to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduation with one year Diploma in Library Science from a recognized Institution.

11. Lab Attendant :
No of post : 14 posts
Age Limit : The maximum age of the Applicants shall be 38 years of age as on 01st July, 2014 (Relaxation of age will be applicable for SC/ST Applicable to 5 years as per norms)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 12th standard passed with science stream from a recognized university or board.
