Applications are invited upto 17.3.2008 for one post of Research Officer (reserved for OBC) in the scale of pay of Rs. 8000-275-13500 under ICMR Research Cadre and it carries all India transfer liability:-.

Qualification:Essential :
MBBS/ M.Sc (First Class), Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular Biology

Desirable :
3 years teaching/research experience in areas related to Non-communicable diseases i.e. Cardiovascular disease, Cancer etc.
Or
M.D in related areas of Non- Communicable Disease/ Ph.D in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bio-technology, Genetics .

Job Description :
To assist in project planning, management, report writing and handling any other tasks as assigned at the Division of NCD.

Age:
Below 45 year as on 17.3.2008. Relaxation is allowed in accordance with Govt. of India rules in force.

Pension will be admissible as per new restructured defined contribution Pension system.

Location: New Delhi

Salary:Rs. 8000-275-13500.
