1) SOFTWARE / HARDWARE ENGINEERS For R&D, Bangalore.
ASST. EXECUTIVE ENGINEER ( Gr.2)
Essential Qualification & Experience: Candidate must possess an Engineering Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication / Computer Science with an aggregate of 65% & above in respect of GEN & OBC candidates (63% & above in respect of candidates belonging to SC / ST/ PWD).
Scale of Pay: Rs.8600-250-14600, Gr.2
Age Limit: 30 years (as on the date of advertisement)

2) Engineer ( on short term contract for 03 years) : For R & D, Bangalore / Units / Projects
Essential Qualification & Experience: Candidate must possess an Engineering Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication / Computer Science with an aggregate of 65% & above in respect of GEN & OBC candidates (63% & above in respect of candidates belonging to SC /ST/ PWD).
Scale of Pay: 1st Year Rs.12000/- per month, 2nd Year Rs.13000/- per month, 3rd Year Rs.14000/- per month
Age Limit: 28 years

3) OFFICER(MATHEMATICIAN) For R&D, Bangalore.
Essential Qualification & Experience: Candidate should have Master Degree in Mathematics from a recognized university with statistics as elective in graduation with minimum 65 % Marks for General & OBC (63% in respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD). Additional qualification, if any, will be preferred.
Scale of Pay: Rs.8600-250-14600, Gr.2
Age Limit: 30 years (as on the date of advertisement)

4) FINANCE PROFESSIONALS: For Corporate Office/ Units /Offices spread all over the country.
POSITION:
CHIEF MANAGER– FINANCE (GRADE 6)/
MANAGER – FINANCE (GRADE 5) /
DEPUTY MANAGER – FINANCE (GRADE 4) /
ASSISTANT MANAGER – FINANCE (GRADE 3) /
EXECUTIVE – FINANCE (GRADE 2) /
Finance Executive (Trainee)

Essential Qualification & Experience: Pass in Final Examination of CA/ICWA OR MBA-FINANCE (Full time regular course of two years duration) from a recognized University / Institution of repute.

5) FINANCE ASSOCIATE – (on short term contract for 03 years) On contract for 03 years (Extendable on satisfactory performance & Company’s requirement).
Essential Qualification & Experience: Graduate from a recognized university with a pass in Inter CA/ ICWA Examination.
Scale of Pay: 1st Year: Rs.7000/- consolidated per month., 2nd Year: Rs.7200/- consolidated per month., 3rd Year: Rs.7400/- consolidated per month.
Age Limit: 28 years

6) HUMAN RESOURCE PROFESSIONALS: For Corporate Office / Units / Offices spread all over the country.

POSITION:
ADDITIONAL GENERAL MANAGER – HR (GRADE 8) /
DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER – HR (GRADE 7) /
CHIEF MANAGER– HR (GRADE 6)/
MANAGER – HR (GRADE 5)/
DEPUTY MANAGER – HR (GRADE 4) /
ASSISTANT MANAGER – HR (GRADE 3) /
EXECUTIVE – HR (GRADE 2) /
HR Executive (Trainees)

Essential Qualification & Experience: Must have Post Graduate Degree / P.G. Diploma (full time regular course of two years duration) in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / HR, or MBA (Full time regular course of two years) with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / HR from a recognized University / institute of repute. Degree in Law will be preferred.

UPPER AGE LIMIT & PAY SCALE ( FOR SL.NO. 4 & 6)
UPPER AGE LIMIT : ( AS ON THE DATE OF ADVERTISEMENT)
Below 50 years for Gr.8 and Gr.7; Below 45 years for Gr.6; Below 42 years for Gr.5; Below 40 years for Gr.4; Below 35 years for Gr.3; Below 30 years for Gr. 2 and Below 28 for Trainees ( Relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/PWD/ Ex-Service Personnel and 03 years for OBCs ( Non- Creamy layer) in accordance with the Government of India Guidelines.
Pay Scale
Gr.8: Rs.18500-450-23900; Gr.7: Rs.17500-400-22300, Gr.6: Rs. 16000-400-20800,
Gr.5: Rs.14500-350-18700, GR.4: 13,000-350-18250, Gr.3: Rs.10750-300-16750,
Gr.2: Rs.8600-250-14600, plus allowances and perks as per Company’s prevailing rules.
Executive (Trainee) – Rs.12000/- consolidated during the first year and Rs.13000/- during the second year. On successful completion of training period, they will be considered for Executive in the pay scales of Gr.2, subject to their performance / record of service and Company’s requirement
