Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing Jabalpur, IIITDMJ, one of the premier technical Institutes of the country, established by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of Indian, invites applications on the prescribed form from suitable Indian Nationals for appointment on the following posts (on regular / deputation / contractual basis) post : Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Chief Security Officer, Assistant Engineer Civil, Assistant Engineer Electrical, Junior Engineer Electtrical, Junior Superintendent, Security Assistant, Technical Assistant, Library Assistant, Office Assistant, Lab Assistant, Lower Division Clerk, Electrician, Plumber

1. Deputy Registrar :
No of post : 01 Post for UR only.
Age Limit : Age up to 45 years as on last date of submission of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-3, GP: Rs. 7600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 point scale. 5 years of admin experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent / Comparable experience in research establishment and/ or other institutions of higher education. OR 09 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 6000 and above in a college or a university with experience in educational administration.

2. Assistant Registrar :
No of post : 01 Post for ST only.
Age Limit : Age up to 35 years as on last date of submission of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-3, GP: Rs. 5400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A master’s degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale and a consistently good academic record.

3. Chief Security Officer :
No of post : 01 Post for UR only.
Age Limit : Age up to 40 years as on last date of submission of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-3, GP: Rs. 5400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (ii) At least 5 years’ experience in supervisory position in Armed Forces/Paramilitary Forces/Police/Any Other Govt. Organization/ PSU/ Govt. Autonomous Body.

4. Assistant Engineer Civil :
No of post : 01 Post for UR only.
Age Limit : Age up to 40 years as on last date of submission of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-2, GP: Rs. 4600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. with first division or equivalent grade + 3 years’ experience of execution of civil construction work and its maintenance. OR Recognized diploma in Civil Engineering of 3 years duration with first division or equivalent and with 08 years’ experience of civil construction works and its maintenance.

5. Assistant Engineer Electrical :
No of post : 01 Post for UR only.
Age Limit : Age preferably up to 35 years as on last date of submission of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-2, GP: Rs. 4600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with first division or equivalent grade + 3 years’ experience of electrical work execution and maintenance for large buildings, distribution of power on O.H. lines and underground cables and erection and maintenance of Sub-station Equipment in large Industry or similar educational complex OR Recognized diploma in Electrical Engineering of 3 years duration with first division or equivalent and with 08 years’ experience of electrical works for large buildings, distribution of power on O.H. lines and underground cables and erection and maintenance of Sub-station Equipment’s in large Industry or similar educational complex.

6. Junior Engineer Electtrical :
No of post : 02 Posts (OBC-1, UR-1)
Age Limit : Age up to 32 years as on last date of submission of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-2, GP: Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with at least one year field experience OR Diploma in Engineering in electrical engineering of 3 years duration with three years’ experience in execution of electrical construction projects and maintenance.

7. Junior Superintendent :
No of post : 01 Post for UR only.
Age Limit : Age up to 32 years as on last date of submission of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-2, GP: Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 5 years of relevant experience, out of which at least 3 years’ experience at the level of upper division clerk, senior office assistant, executive assistant or equivalent post with the grade pay of Rs. 2400/- / above equivalent pay. Knowledge of office applications of computer & secretariat practices.

8. Security Assistant :
No of post : 01 Post for UR only.
Age Limit : Age up to 32 years as on last date of submission of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-1, GP: Rs. 2400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience of at least 3 years as a security staff in a Govt. / PSU / Similar organization.

9. Technical Assistant :
No of post : 01 Post for UR only.
Age Limit : Age up to 32 years as on last date of submitting application.
Scale of Pay : PB-1, GP: Rs. 2400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Three years diploma in engineering or three years degree in relevant field with 3 years of relevant work experience OR (10+2) with Govt. approved /recognized ITI course of 12 months duration in relevant field with 5 years of work experience. Knowledge of computer applications.

10. Library Assistant :
No of post : 01 Post for UR only.
Age Limit : Age up to 32 years as on last date of submitting application.
Scale of Pay : PB-1, GP: Rs. 2400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Library and Information Science of recognized university / institute. working knowledge of library automation software.

11. Office Assistant :
No of post : 01 Post (OBC-1)
Age Limit : Age up to 32 years as on last date of submission of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-1, GP: Rs. 2400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Relevant experience of 3 years. Knowledge of office applications of computers.

12. Lab Assistant :

Age Limit : Age up to 30 years as on last date of submitting application.
Scale of Pay : PB-1, GP: Rs. 2000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc. degree in science OR Diploma in Engineering of 3 years duration with one year experience OR (10+2) with Govt. approved / recognized ITI course of 12 months duration in appropriate field with 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of computer applications.

13. Lower Division Clerk :
No of post : 05 Posts (ST-3, OBC-2)
Age Limit : Age up to 30 years as on last date of submitting application.
Scale of Pay : PB-1, GP: Rs. 1900/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Knowledge of office applications of computers.

14. Electrician :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Diploma in electrical / relevant field of at least one year duration from Govt. approved/recognized Institute with three years’ experience OR Matriculation with ITI Course of 12 months duration in appropriate field from Govt. approved / recognized Institute with 5 years of relevant experience.

15. Plumber :
No of post : 01 Post (ST-1)
Age Limit : Age up to 30 years as on last date of submitting application.
Scale of Pay : PB-1, GP: Rs. 1900/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Matriculation plus ITI Course or equivalent of 12 months duration in appropriate field from Govt. approved / recognized Institute with 5 years of relevant experience.
