Application form and detailed information can be obtained from the office of the Administrative Officer, Recruitment Cell, Kairon Block, PGIMER, Chandigarh-160012 either personally or on written request accompanied by a self addressed & stamped (Rs.10/-) envelope (27 cm x 12 cm) along with a Demand Draft of Rs.325/- (Rs.175 for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of the Director PGIMER, Chandigarh payable at State Bank of India, Sector 12, Chandigarh (Code No.1524) as non-refundable fee and cost of application form etc.

The same information and application form can also be downloaded from our Website (www.pgimer.nic.in).  A Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- (150/- for SC/ST candidates) should be attached with application downloaded from our website, towards non-refundable application fee and cost of application form etc.  Incomplete applications and the applications received after the due date i.e. after 19/05/2008 will be summarily rejected.
