1. Application should be submitted on A4 Size 80 GSM BOND PAPER.
2. Only applications submitted in the format prescribed as part of this Notice will be accepted. Application Format is also available in the Web Site
3. Applications should be legible and written in the candidate’s own handwriting. Applications can be filled in English or Hindi. Please note that details of Name, Father’s name, Address, Nearest Railway Station and Declaration should be in English only. Only international numerals i.e. 1, 2, 3 should be used.
4. Application should be sent by ORDINARY POST normally to the respective RRBs or dropped at the box kept at their office(s) on or before the closing date. Under no circumstances applications received after the closing date and time will be entertained.

Online Registration
1. Downloaded and f i l led in application duly signed/LTI and Photo affixed along with anexures & fees (if applicable) should be sent to RRB/Chennai immediately duly superscribing “online” on the envelope .
2. The Application will be rejected if not in proper format and not accompanied by the requisite examination fees.
