Scale of Pay: During training, Jr. Supervisore Trainees will be paid stipend of Rs. 7300/- p.m. On successful completion of training, they will be regularised as Jr. Supervisor (HR) in the pay scale of Rs. 7300 – 3.5%-12660 (IDA).
Qualification: Two Years full time PG Diploma in Personnel Mgt. / MSW (with personnel mgt. as main subject) or equivalent from recognized Institute with minimum 55% marks .

Scale of Pay:  Rs. 5400-10350 (IDA)
Qualification: B. Com with 1st Division. Additional qualification of M.Com shall be desirable.
