Management Trainee E-1 : In Disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, HR, Finance
No of post : 08 Posts (Mechanical-3, Electrical/Electronics-3, HR-1, Finance-1)
Age Limit : Upper age limit Including age relaxation (ST/SC-33 years/UR-28 years/OBC-31 years)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 16400- 3%- 40500/- Per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1. Engineering (B.E) /Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in Mechanical with minimum First class or 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. 2. Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) / Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution with specialization in Electrical Engg. / Electronics Engg. with minimum First class or 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. 3. First class degree in any discipline with, 2 years full time regular MBA / MSW / PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in HRM / IR / Personnel Management / Labour and Social Welfare / Labour Studies / Social Work. Candidates studying the Final Year / Semester / Term may also be considered for training. 4. A Graduate and Qualified Chartered Accountant/ Qualified from Institute of cost Accountant of India.
Desirable : MBA in finance from Universities / AICTE approved institutions is desirable.
