Name of the Post: Management Trainees, Business Development, Finance & Accounts

Scale of Pay: STIPEND: Rs.15000/- pm as trainee for first years and Rs.20000/- pm in second years. After successful training, the Management Trainee will be absorbed as Dy. Manager and
Dy. Manager (Accounts) in the IDA scale of pay of Rs.8600-250-14600.

In case of Management Trainee selected on the basis of M. Com. regular qualification will be absorbed as Accounts Officer in the IDA scale of pay of Rs.6400-180-10000.

Qualification:
1. Business Development: 2 years full time professional degree in MBA/PGDBM
(equivalent to MBA) with specialization in Marketing OR Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. He/she should be computer literate.

2. Finance & Accounts: CA/ICWA OR 2 years full time professional degree in
MBA with specialization in Finance/M.Com. regular from
a recognized University/Institute. He/she should be
computer literate.
