National Payments Corporation of India, NPCI, is the newly established company promoted by banks of India with an objective to build robust and state of the art national level retail electronic payment system infrastructure in the country. With a view to achieving these goals in the shortest possible time, NPCI proposes to recruit dynamic leaders in senior and middle management positions with in-depth experience in banking industry with an emphasis on electronic payment and settlement systems. I. Head – Projects :
No of Post : 01 post,
Age Limit : preferably between 30 years and 50 years as on 01.04.2010. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience (upper & lower).
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E. or B. Tech Degree in Electronics / Information Technology / Computer Science & Engineering (M.E. or M. Tech desirable). Can be relaxed for a suitable candidate. Minimum post-qualification experience of 10 years, in the relevant area, in a large bank / financial institution / IT company/ payment system company, can be relaxed for deserving candidate.

II. Head – CTS :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Age Limit : preferably between 30 years and 50 years as on 01.04.2010. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience (upper & lower).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate in Commerce / Economics. MBA in Marketing / Finance is preferred. Minimum post-qualification experience of 5 years, and atleast 2 years in the payment system area as a Senior Manager position in a bank / financial institution / IT company/ payment system company, can be relaxed for highly deserving candidate.

III. Chief Manager – Projects :
No of Post : 01 post,
Age Limit : preferably between 30 years and 45 years as on 01.04.2010. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience (upper & lower).
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E. or B. Tech Degree in Electronics / Information Technology / Computer Science & Engineering (M.E. or M. Tech desirable). Can be relaxed for a suitable candidate. Minimum post-qualification experience of 10 years, in the relevant area, in a large bank / financial institution / IT company/ payment system company, can be relaxed for deserving candidate.

IV. Senior Manager – Projects :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Age Limit : preferably between 30 years and 45 years as on 01.04.2010. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience (upper & lower).
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E. or B. Tech Degree in Electronics / Information Technology / Computer Science & Engineering (M.E. or M. Tech desirable). Can be relaxed for a suitable candidate. Minimum post-qualification experience of 8+ years, in the relevant area, in a large bank / financial institution / IT company/ payment system company, can be relaxed year for deserving candidate.

V. Senior Manager – ACH Projects :
No of Post : 01 post,
Age Limit : preferably between 30 years and 45 years as on 01.04.2010. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience (upper & lower).
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E. or B. Tech Degree in Electronics / Information Technology / Computer Science & Engineering (M.E. or M. Tech desirable). Can be relaxed for a suitable candidate. Minimum post-qualification experience of 8+ years, in the relevant area, in a large bank / financial institution / IT company/ payment system company, can be relaxed year for deserving candidate.

VI. Senior Manager – CTS :
No of Post : 04 posts,
Age Limit : preferably between 25 years and 45 years as on 01.04.2010. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience (upper & lower).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate, preferably MBA. Minimum post-qualification experience of three years, in the payment system area and Cheque Clearing area in particular, in a bank / financial institution / IT company/ payment system company, can be relaxed year for deserving candidate.

VII. Manager – Finance :
No of Post : 01 post,
Age Limit : preferably between 26 years and 30 years as on 01.04.2010. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience (upper & lower).
Essential Qualification & Experience : CA / MBA. 4 years experience in banks / financial institutions in relevant area.

VIII. Manager – Card Payments :
No of Post : 05 posts,
Age Limit : preferably between 26 years and 30 years as on 01.04.2010. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience (upper & lower).
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA / CA / Post graduate in science, commerce, Economics. Minimum post-qualification experience of at least 5 years, in the relevant area, in a Bank / financial institution / IT company.

IX. Manager – Law :
No of Post : 01 post,
Age Limit : preferably between 26 years and 30 years as on 01.04.2010. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience (upper & lower).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Law (LL.B) (3 years’ or 5 years’ Integrated Course). 3 years’ active practice and 2 years’ experience as a Law Officer in banks / financial institutions in relevant area. Relaxation in length of experience by one year would be considered in the case of deserving candidates.
