Power Finance Corporation Limited, PFC, A Navratna Company providing financial assistance to the various entities in the power sector has consistently been rated as ‘Excellent’ by the Government of India in the achievement of its MOU targets. Having cumulative Sanctions of Rs. 280,833 crores and Disbursement of Rs. 139,020 crores upto 31st March, 2010, PFC is geared up to meet the challenges faced by the Power Sector. In order to meet this, PFC is looking for dynamic professionals in the following areas who could effectively contribute towards its growth:-
 
i. Manager (Technical) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 36600-3%-62000/-
Essential Qualification & Experience : BE/B.Tech. (Electrical/ Mechanical/Electronics & Communication) 60% marks Desirable MBA (F) / (2 years full time / 3 years part-time). Minimum 9 years post qualification experience. Should be currently working in the scale of Rs.32900-3%-58000 (IDA) or equivalent. Must have experience in respect of the activities such as Planning, Erection, Commissioning, O&M and Monitoring large size Power Generating Unit of more than 100 MW size.
Age Limit : Maximum age limit 37 years.

ii. Deputy Manager (Legal) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 32900-3%-58000/-
Essential Qualification & Experience : LL.M (50% marks) OR L.LB (3 Yrs.) 50% marks OR 5 year Integrated Law Course with at least 50% marks. Minimum 7 years post qualification experience. Should be currently working in the scale of Rs.29100-3%-54500 (IDA) or equivalent. Must have experience in Drafting/vetting/execution of legal documents of project financing, carrying out diligence of project/ promoters/contracts/title search of properties. Handling cases in DRT/Civil/Criminal Courts, arbitration proceedings.
Age Limit : Maximum age limit 37 years for LL.M and 35 years for LL.B.

iii. Deputy Manager (Technical) :
No of Post : 05 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 32900-3%-58000/-
Essential Qualification & Experience : BE/B.Tech. (Electrical/ Mechanical/Electronics & Communication) 60% marks Desirable MBA (F) / (2 years full time / 3 years part-time). Minimum 6 years post qualification experience. Should be currently working in the scale of Rs. 32900-3%-58000 (IDA) or equivalent/MBa Must have experience in respect of the activities such as Planning, Erection, Commissioning, O&M and Monitoring large size Power Generating Unit of more than 100 MW size.
Age Limit : Maximum age limit 34 years.

iv. Assistant Manager (HRD) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 29100-3%-54500/-
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in any stream with 60% marks and MBA (HR) (2 years’ full time / 3 years part-time). Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in the field of Training & Development. Should be currently working in the scale of Rs.24900-3%-50500 (IDA) or equivalent.
Age Limit : Maximum age limit 31 years.

v. Assistant Manager (Legal) :
No of Post : 03 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 29100-3%-54500/-
Essential Qualification & Experience : LL.M (50% marks) OR L.LB (3 Yrs.) 50% marks OR 5 year Integrated Law Course with at least 50% marks. Minimum 4 years post qualification experience. Should be currently working in the scale of Rs. 24900-3%-50500 (IDA) or equivalent. vi. Assistant Manager (MS) :

Scale of Pay : Rs. 29100-3%-54500/-
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech. / B.E. (IT / CS) 60% marks OR MCA with 60% marks in B.Com. Minimum 4 years post qualification experience. Should be currently working in the scale of Rs. 24900-3%-50500 (IDA) or equivalent. Must have experience in Oracle database with Developer 6i/10g &.net Or Implementation/development & customization of Oracle E-business suit, financials (GL, AR, AP&FA) or Implementation/development & customization of Oracle Financial Services Applications (OFSA) E-business suit, financials.
Age Limit : Maximum age limit 32 years.
