BEML Limited, a pioneering Multi Business (Mining & Construction, Rail & Metro and Defence) Heavy Engineering Company is looking for high performing, dynamic & achievement oriented professionals for the following posts various different disciplines :
 
A. Deputy General Manager (Public Relations)
Essential Qualification & Experience : The candidate(s) should be a Graduate with a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Public Relations/ Journalism/ Mass Communication (2 years full time) from recognized University/ Institution.

B. Assistant General Manager/ Senior Manager (Production Planning),
Essential Qualification & Experience : The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical / Automobile / Production & Industrial Engineering discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates having the knowledge of SAP-PP module will be preferred. The incumbent should have experience/ exposure in: Production & Planning and Control / system in an Engineering Industry. Having experience in handling a Team of executives.

C. Assistant General Manager/ Senior Manager (Marketing, Dealer Management),
Essential Qualification & Experience : The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical / Automobile / Production & Industrial Engineering discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates with MBA or equivalent specialization in Marketing will be preferred. The incumbent should have experience/ exposure in: Knowledge of Dealer Management including selection of dealers and evaluation of dealers
performance.

D. Assistant General Manager/ Senior Manager (Security),
Essential Qualification & Experience : The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in any discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution with experience preferably in a large factory, in a Public Sector/Private Sector Company or commissioned officers from Army in the rank of Lt. Col/ Major or equivalent ranks from Air Force/ Navy /Short Service Commission, Para Military Forces and Central / State Government Police Forces (Including IB/ CBI/ RAW/BSF/ CRPF/ CISF/ Assam Rifles/ RPF/ SSB etc.).

E. Assistant Security Officers
Essential Qualification & Experience : The candidates should possess a Degree in any discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.

For All :
Scale of Pay : Non- Creamy Layer : The gross annual income of parents of the candidate should not be more than `.4.5 lakhs in last three consecutive years in line with DOPT OM No.36033/3/2004 – Estt.(Res) dated 14th October, 2008.’]
Age Limit : The upper age limit indicated above is for unreserved category. Reservation and age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC (Non-creamy layer)/ Ex-Servicemen will be as per the Govt. of India guide lines. However, the upper age limit could be relaxed up to 55 years subject to equivalent years of excess post qualification experience prescribed.
