Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering from a recognized University / Institute or equivalent. He should be holding analogous post on regular basis or should have at least 20 years relevant executive experience in project planning.
II. Executive Director (Mktg.) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with Master of Business Administration with specialisation in marketing from recognised University/Institute of equivalent. He should be holding analogous post on regular basis or should have at least 20 years relevant executive
experience in marketing.
III. General Manager (Tech.) :

Scale of Pay : RS. 43200 to 66000/- per month.
Age Limit : Maximum age 52 as on 01.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering from a recognized University / Institute or equivalent. He should be holding analogous post on regular basis or should have at least 18 years relevant executive experience in operation and maintenance of large size modern cement/steel/copper/ferrous/zinc/aluminium/fertilizer/power plant at senior management level.
IV. General Manager (Fin.) :

Scale of Pay : RS. 43200 to 66000/- per month.
Age Limit : Maximum age 52 as on 01.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : CA/ICWA/MBA(Finance)/SAS/M.Com. from recognized University / Institute or equivalent. He should be holding analogous post on regular basis or should have at least 18 years relevant executive experience.
V. General Manager (HR) :

Scale of Pay : RS. 43200 to 66000/- per month.
Age Limit : Maximum age 52 as on 01.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Social
Science/Social Work/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/Business Administration with HR specialisation from a recognised University/Institute or equivalent. He should be holding analogous post on regular basis or should have at least 18 years relevant executive experience.

VII. Deputy General Manager (Projects) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent. He should be holding analogous post on regular basis or should have at least 14 years relevant executive experience in project planning, implementation and coordination of a large size modern cement / steel / copper / ferrous / zinc / aluminium / fertilizer / power project.
VIII. Senior Manager (Fin.) :

Scale of Pay : RS. 29100 to 54500/- per month.
Age Limit : Maximum age 44 as on 01.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : CA/ICWA/MBA(Finance)/SAS/M.Com. from recognized University / Institute or equivalent. He should be holding analogous post on regular basis or should have at least 12 years relevant executive experience in the area of Financial Accounting, Budgetary / Costing, Internal Audit and all other Financial Management services.
IX. Senior Manager (MM) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management from recognized Institute or equivalent. He should be holding analogous post on regular basis or should have at least 12 years relevant executive experience in the area of Materials Management with adequate knowledge of purchases, inventory control, standardization and codification, value analysis, DG&SD controls etc.

XIV. Manager (Elect. & Inst.) :
