1. Joint General Manager (E7) :
No. of post : 16 posts
Age Limit : Not to exceed 52 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 19500-450-25350/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering preferably First class in Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Instrumentation/ Civil/ Structural discipline.

2. Deputy General Manager (E6) :
No. of post : 16 posts
Age Limit : Not to exceed 52 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 19000-450-24400/-
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering preferably First class in Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Instrumentation/ Civil/ Structural discipline.

3. Assistant General Manager (E5) :
No. of post : 04 posts
Age Limit : Not to exceed 50 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 43200-3% 66000/-
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering preferably First class in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Electrical / Chemical / Instrumentation / Civil / Structural discipline.

4. Senior Manager (E4) :
No. of post : 08 posts
Age Limit : Not to exceed 50 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 36600-3% 62000/-
Essential Qualification & Experience : Electrical/Mech. Engg with a Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety. Degree in Engineering preferably First class in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Electrical / Chemical / Instrumentation / Civil / Structural discipline. A Degree in Ceramic Engg.

5. Manager (E3) :
No. of post : 01 post
Age Limit : Not to exceed 45 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 32900-3% 58000/-
Essential Qualification & Experience : Electrical/ Mech. Engg with a Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety, Degree in Engineering preferably First class in Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Instrumentation/ Civil/ Structural discipline.

6. Junior Officer :
No. of post : 01 posts
Age Limit : Not to exceed 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15000-3% 38000/-
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Sc with Agriculture/Horticulture or B.Sc (Agri) + 1 year exp. OR Degree in Engineering preferably First class in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Electrical / Chemical / Instrumentation / Civil/ Structural discipline.
