1. Deputy General Manager (HR) E-6 :

Age Limit : Maximum Age Limit is 45 years as on 31.10.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. Rs. 36600 to 62000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1st class full time Master’s Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations / MSW / MBA with HR elective from a recognized University / Management Institute with 15 years of Experience.

2. Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) E-6 :
No of post : 01 Post for SC only.
Age Limit : Maximum Age Limit is 45 years as on 31.10.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. Rs. 36600 to 62000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Qualified CA/ICWA/1st Class full-time MBA with Finance elective from recognized University / Management Institute with 15 years of Experience.

3. Chief Manager (R&D) E-5 :
No of post : 01 Post for UR only.
Age Limit : Maximum Age Limit is 45 years as on 31.10.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. Rs. 32900 to 58000/- per month (IDA Pattern)
Essential Qualification & Experience : First class B.Tech / B.E. in the area of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Metallurgy / Pulp and Paper OR First Class M.Sc in Chemistry with 15 years of Experience.
