Bharat Dynamics Limited, BDL, Applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals for the posts of Deputy Manager (DM), Assistant Manager (AM) & Junior Manager (JM) in Bharat Dynamics Limited. Selected candidates may be posted at any of our Units (Kanchanbagh, Bhanur Group & Vizag). Online Application Opens from 27-03-2010 & Closing Date on 15-04-2010 at 16:00 hrs.
 
Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager & Junior Manager No of Post : 57 posts,
1. Deputy Manager Grade III :
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics branch of Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution. Preference will be given to Post Graduate (ECE) with specialization in Microwave / Radar Engg. Minimum experience of 4 years for DM & 2 years for AM in the relevant area with minimum two years in the immediate lower grade or equivalent.
Scale of Pay : RS. 20600 to 46500 (3% Increment).
Age Limit : Not to exceed 45 years.

2. Assistant Manager Grade II :
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical branch of Engineering or equivalent from any recognized University/ Institution. Minimum experience of 2 years in the relevant area in the immediate lower grade or equivalent.
Scale of Pay : RS. 16400 to 40500 (3% Increment).
Age Limit : Not to exceed 45 years.

3. Junior Manager Grade I :
Essential Qualification & Experience : Masters Degree in Commerce / Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Materials Management (2 years duration) from recognized University/Institution  or Degree with specialized professional qualification of two years duration including Diploma in Business Management / Training (ISTD) / Personnel Management / Social Science / Industrial relations awarded by recognized University / Institution (OR) MBA in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from a recognized University/Institution. Preference will be given to the candidates from Indian Institute of Management. knowledge in Computers is desirable.
Scale of Pay : RS. 12600 to 32500 (3% Increment).
Age Limit : Not to exceed 40 years.
