1. Senior Manager / Manager :
No of post : 03 Posts (Electrical-1, Stores-1, HR-1)
Age Limit : Minimum 39 years as on 01.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : 1. For Senior Manager Rs. 30500 to 40500/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 1000/- per month. 2. For Manager Rs. 28000 to 36000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 800/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First Class full time B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

2. Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager / Plant Engineer / Officer Safety
No of post : 15 Posts (Production-2, Electrical-3, Mechanical-8, Safety-2)
Age Limit : Minimum 29 years as on 01.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : 1. For Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager Rs. 23500 to 29500/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 600/- per month / 2. Rs. 19500 to 24500/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 500/- per month / Plant Engineer / Officer Safety 1. Rs. 16000 to 20000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 400/- 2. Rs. 16000 to 20000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp & Paper Technology OR Full time Arts / Science Degree with First Class full time Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology awarded by Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee / University of Roorkee.

3. Assistant Manager / Plant Engineer / Officer :
No of post : 05 Posts (Instrumentation-2, Security-3)
Age Limit : Minimum 29 years as on 01.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 69,700/- per month. Plant Engineer/Officer Rs. 58,400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Instrumentation Technology / Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

4. Officer :
No of post : 05 Posts (Accounts-2, Stores-2, HR-1)
Age Limit : Between 30 to 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 58,400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Full time Arts / Science / Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time M.A. (Social Work) with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / HRM. OR Full time Arts / Science / Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time MBA with specialization in HR.
