HSIIDC, a premier State Government Infrastructure Development & Financial Institution requires the following personnel for manning its operations :-

1. MANAGER (IA) 7 (Seven)
Category and No. of posts: Gen(3), SC(2), BC(1), ESM(1)
Qualification & Experience: 1st Class BE/ B.Tech. in Civil Engineering preferably MBA as additional qualification with minimum 2 years relevant post qualification experience in development / creation and maintenance of Industrial Infrastructure. Pay Scale: Rs.8000-13500

2. MANAGER (Planning) 1 (One)
Category and No. of posts: Gen(1)
Qualification & Experience: Degree in Planning from a recognized University and member of the Institute of Town Planners India. Pay Scale: Rs.8000-13500

3. MANAGER (Pers. & Admn.) 4 (Four)
Category and No. of posts: Gen(3), SC(1)
Qualification & Experience: MBA (Personnel) or equivalent degree with atleast 2 years relevant post qualification experience in handling personnel & general administration in Corporate enviornment. Preference will be given to a person holding an additional degree in Law. Pay Scale: Rs.8000-13500

4. MANAGER (Estate) 7 (Seven)
Category and No. of posts: Gen(6), SC(1)
Qualification & Experience: 1st Class BE/ B.Tech. or MBA or both, having minimum 2 years relevant post qualification experience in a public sector undertaking or an organisation of repute, LL.B will be an added advantage. Pay Scale: Rs.8000-13500

5. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE(Finance)* 5 (Five)
Category and No. of posts: SC(2), BC(2), ESM(1)
Qualification & Experience: MBA (Finance) / equivalent e.g. MFC/ CA / ICWA. Preference will be given to candidates possessing BE / B. Tech. qualifications. Pay Scale: Stipend of Rs.7,000/- p.m. for 1st year, stipend  of Rs.8,000/- p.m. for 2nd year.
