Farakka Super Thermal Power Station, a Unit of NTPC Limited, requires doctors in the following disciplines to be engaged on ADHOC basis for its Hospitals situated at NTPC Farakka Townships. The candidates shall be engaged on adhoc basis initially for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of engagement.
 
1. Medical Officer – Anaesthesiologist :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification : MBBS + MD (Anaesthesiology).
Scale of Pay : A consolidated remuneration of Rs. 45,500/- (Monthly Fee-Rs 34000-/, Allowances / Reimbursement Rs 11500/-) per month.

2. Surgeon :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification : MBBS + MS.
Scale of Pay : A consolidated remuneration of Rs. 45,500/- (Monthly Fee-Rs 34000-/,Allowances / Reimbursement Rs 11500/-) per month.

3. General Duty Medical Officer :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience :  MBBS .
Scale of Pay : Rs. 32,500/- (Monthly Fee-Rs 24000/-, Allowances / Reimbursement Rs 8500/-) per month shall be payable.
