Fees : Application form and the detailed information viz. qualifications, experience, age limit etc can be obtained from the Committee Branch, Kairon Block, PGIMER, Chandigarh personally or on written request accompanied by a self addressed stamped (Rs. 10/-) envelope (27x12cm) alongwith demand draft worth Rs. 525/- (Rs.275/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of the Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh payable at State Bank of India, Sector-12 (Code No.1524) as non refundable fee. A demand draft for Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST candidates) should be attached with the application downloaded from our website towards non-refundable application fee.
