Visva-Bharati, an institution of national importance, invites applications from Indian nationals for the following post : Medical Officer

Medical Officer (OBC) (Specialization in Medicine) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Preferably below 45 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1). M.B.B.S. or its equivalent qualification included in any one of the schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act.1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register of Indian Medical Register. 2). M.D. (General Medicine) from a recognized University / Institution or equivalent. 3). Three years working experience in the concerned speciality as Registrar / Senior Resident / Demonstrator / Tutor in a recognized reputed Hospital / Institution after acquiring post-graduate qualification.

Duly filled-in application form one set of self attested photo-copies of testimonials / certificates and two recent passport size photographs signed in full (at the bottom), by the candidate. Last date for receiving application by the University is: 25th January, 2014.

Fees/Application Fee:
Rs. 400/- SC/ST, Women candidates and Differently Abled are exempt from above application fee. Attested copy of certificate issued by appropriate authority is to be submitted by Differently Abled candidate for such concession / exemption.
