Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, RCFL, needs Management Trainees in various disciplines as indicated below for its units at Thal (Dist.Raigad), Trombay (Mumbai). Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited is a leading profit making public sector undertaking engaged in the field of manufacturing and marketing various fertilizers and industrial chemicals.  

Management Trainees :
No of post : 75 posts (Chemical-15, HRD Chemical-1, Mechanical-17, Electrical-12, Instrumentation-7, Civil-7, Industrial Engineering-01 post, Information Technology-3, Materials-10, R&D (Chemical)-1, R&D (Agriculture-2), Administration-1),
Age Limit : Not exceeding 25 years as on 01.01.2011 : in case of Engineering Graduates and candidates applying for disciplines, Administration, 27 years for Engineering Post Graduate and 32 years for Ph.D. candidates for R&D.
Stipend and Scale of Pay : Selected candidates will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lumpsum stipend of Rs. 23000/- per month. After successful completion of training they will be absorbed in the scale of pay of Rs. 16400 to 40500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (Engineering Graduate) in respective discipline with minimum 55% marks (aggregate) in last two years / last 04 semesters.
