National Cooperative Consumers’ Federation of India Limited, NCCF a Multi State Cooperative Society with wide ranging business interest is poised for major expansion. It requires the professional having served / serving in the Corporate Sector, PSUs, Cooperative organizations, State and Central Government for the following job in Head Office and its Branches:-

1. General Manager (Pers. & Admn.): No. of Post 1, Pay Scale: (Rs. 14300-400-18300) (excluding DA, HRA, CCA), Age Limit: Age should be in between 40-45 yrs. (Relaxable in suitable cases) Qualification & Experience: MBA/Graduate (Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Laws from reputed University/Institution). Experience of minimum 12 years in senior position dealing with Personnel & Administration and Industrial Relations in the Corporate Sector/PSUs/Cooperative organization/Government. Should possess proven competence in manpower planning, recruitment, job evaluation, performance appraisal, career development, wage administration, conciliation and adjudication proceedings, welfare administration and allied matter.

2. Manager: No. of posts 4 (One SC) Pay Scale: (Rs. 12000-375-16500) (excluding DA, HRA, CCA), Age Limit: Age should be in between 40-45 yrs. (Relaxable in suitable cases), Qualification & Experience: MBA/Post Graduate (Degree/Diploma in Cooperative Marketing from reputed University / Institution preferred).Experience of minimum 12 years in senior position in the Corporate Sector/PSUs/Cooperative
organization/Government in the relevant field of equal nature and status. Experience of liaison with Government bodies/PSUs etc. preferred.
