1. Faculty Positions: Institute also has an incentive scheme whereby members of faculty conducting more than stipulated no. of sessions are eligible for additional financial rewards. Pay Scales :
i. Professor -Rs.18400-500-22400, Starting Gross Monthly Pay (with DA, HRA & CCA) Rs. 49, 644/-
ii. Associate Professor – Rs.16400-450-20000, Starting Gross Monthly Pay (with DA, HRA & CCA) Rs. 44, 274/-.
iii. Assistant Professor – Rs.12000-420-18300, Starting Gross Monthly Pay (with DA, HRA & CCA) Rs. 32, 460/-.
iv. Faculty Research Associate- Rs.10000-325-15200, Starting Gross Monthly Pay (with DA, HRA & CCA) Rs. 27, 090/-.

Qualification For all:
Prospective candidates should possess Ph.D. degree in the relevant disciplines, consistently good academic record and a minimum of 10/8/3/1 years of experience in teaching & research for the position of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Faculty Research Associate positions respectively. Sound quantitative background and experience in teaching MBA courses are preferable.
