1. Controller of Examination :

Age Limit : Between 18 to 50 years as on 29.09.2014.
Scale of Pay: Rs. 37400 to 67000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 10000/- Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale. At least 15 years of experience as Lecturer (Sr. Scale / Lecturer / Assistant Professor with eight years in the Associate Professor / Reader’s grade along with experience in educational administration.

2. Deputy Registrar :

Age Limit : Between 18 to 50 years as on 29.09.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 7600/- Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Master’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale. Five years experience as a Lecturer / Assistant Professor in a College or a University with experience in educational administration.

3. Finance Officer :

Age Limit : Between 18 to 50 years as on 29.09.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 6000/- Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : C.A. with 02 years experience OR M.Com. preferably (Finance) and SAS with 02 years experience OR MBA preferably (Finance) and SAS with 02 years experience.

4. Assistant Registrar :

Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Good Academic record plus Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale. Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

5. Private Secretary to VC :

Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with 05 years experience as Personal Assistant with good interpersonal skills fluency in English with effective communication skills. The candidate should be computer literate with Microsoft proficiency, excellent shorthand speed of 120 w.p.m. and accurate computer typing speed of 45 w.p.m. Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

6. Superintendent :

7. PA to Registrar :

Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 3600/- Per Month+ Rs. 150/- Special Pay.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor Degree with 05 years experience as Assistant / Deputy Superintendent in any Govt. Institute / University / Examination body OR Matriculate / Higher Secondary with 10 years as Assistant/Deputy Superintendent in any Govt. Institute / University / Examination body. Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric standard.

8. Deputy Superintendent :

Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 3600/- Per Month + Rs. 150/- Special Pay.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years’ experience as Assistant in the University / Examination Body.

9. Assistant :

Age Limit : Between 18 to 50 years as on 29.09.2014.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 3200/- Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor Degree with 05 years experience as Clerical Cadre OR Matriculate / Higher Secondary with 10 years Clerical Cadre in the University / Examination body.

10. Junior Scale Stenographer :

Age Limit : Between 18 to 50 years as on 29.09.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- Per Month + Rs. 100/- Special Pay.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with at least 50% marks from recognized University or its equivalent qualifies a test in Stenography in English at the speed of 80 W.P.M. and transcription thereof on Computer at the speed of 15 W.P.M. (8% mistakes are allowed). Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

11. Clerks :

Age Limit : Between 18 to 50 years as on 29.09.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) Graduate with at least 50% marks from recognized University or its equivalent. ii) Proficiency in use of Computers. iii) Candidate will have to qualify a written test and typing test at the speed of 30/25 words in English/ Hindi per minute and computer test at the speed of 8000 depression per hour in MS Word. iv) Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

12. Drivers :

Essential Qualification & Experience : A. Heavy Transport Vehicle drivers. i) Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit. ii) Heavy Transport vehicle Drivin Licence. iii) 03 years experience of driving a Heavy Transport vehicle. B. Light Transport Vehicle drivers. i) Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit. ii) Light Transport vehicle Driving Licence. iii) 03 years experience of driving a Light Transport vehicle.

13. Peons :
