1. Officer Scale-I :
No of post : 15 Posts
Scale of Pay : Rs. 14500 to 25700/- Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Authorised Certifying Authority will be Medical Board at the District level. The Medical Board consists of Chief Medical Officer, Sub-Divisional Medical Officer in the District and a member who is a specialist in Orthopaedics, ENT or Ophthalmology.

2. Office Assistant :
No of post : 15 Posts
Scale of Pay : Rs. 7200 to 19300/- Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Authorised Certifying Authority will be Medical Board at the District level. The Medical Board consists of Chief Medical Officer, Sub-Divisional Medical Officer in the District and a member who is a specialist in Orthopaedics, ENT or Ophthalmology.
