Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, HPCL, invites invites application for the position of Officer Trainees and welcomes  bright, young & dynamic Engineering  and Management Graduates to join HPCL team of world class professionals :
 
1. Officer Trainee – Engineering Disciplines :
No of Post : 161 posts (UR-78, SC-24, ST-12, OBC-NC-43, PH-4),
Scale of Pay : Scale of Pay : Trainees will get Rs. 33000/- per month. AND Rs. 24900 to 50500/- per month.
Age Limit : Mamimum age limit is 25 years as on 20.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate in Engineerinf/Technology in Civil Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation and Mechanical Disciplines from AICTE Approved/UGC Recognized Insitute/University.

2. Officer Trainee – Engineering Disciplines (SC/ST/OBC-NC/ Backlog) :
No of Post : 39 posts (SC-13, ST-22, OBC-NC-4),
Scale of Pay : Scale of Pay : Trainees will get Rs. 33000/- per month. AND Rs. 24900 to 50500/- per month.
Age Limit : Mamimum age limit is 25 years as on 20.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate in Engineerinf/Technology in Civil Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation and Mechanical Disciplines from AICTE Approved/UGC Recognized Insitute/University.

3. Officer Trainee – Fire and Safety :
No of Post : 02 posts (UR)
Scale of Pay : Scale of Pay : Trainees will get Rs. 33000/- per month. AND Rs. 24900 to 50500/- per month.
Age Limit : Mamimum age limit is 25 years as on 20.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate in Engineerinf/Technology, B.E./B.Tech in Fire and Safety Discipline from AICTE Approved/UGC Recognized Insitute/University.

4. Officer Trainees – Human Resources :
No of Post : 11 posts (UR-8, SC-1, OBC-NC-2),
Scale of Pay : Scale of Pay : Trainees will get Rs. 33000/- per month. AND Rs. 24900 to 50500/- per month.
Age Limit : Mamimum age limit is 27 years as on 20.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Two years full time Postgraduate course with specialization in HR Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from AICTE Approved / UGC Recognized Insitute / University.

5. Officer Trainees – Human Resources (Welfare) :
No of Post : 02 posts (UR), 
Scale of Pay : Trainees will get Rs. 33000/- per month. AND Rs. 24900 to 50500/- per month.
Age Limit : Mamimum age limit is 27 years as on 20.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Two years full time Postgraduate course with specialization in HR Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from AICTE Approved / UGC Recognized Insitute / University. Covering Labour welfare as an specialist.

6. Information Systems (IS) Officer :
No of Post : 24 posts (UR-12,SC–4 , ST-2, OBC-NC-6).
Scale of Pay : Rs. 24900 to 50500/- per month.
Age Limit : Mamimum age limit is 30 years as on 20.10.2010.
Scale of Pay : Trainees will get Rs. 33000/- per month. AND Rs. 24900 to 50500 in Management Cadre in ‘A’ grade
Essential Qualification & Experience : Full time four years B.E./B.Tech in the DisciplinesElectrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation and Mechanical Disciplines from AICTE Approved/UGC Recognized Insitute/University from AICTE Approved/UGC Recognized Insitute / University.
