BDL requires candidates for following disciplines trhough Online submission of applications. post : Additional General Manager Finance, Additional General Manager Personnel & Administration, Deputy General Manager Finance, Deputy General Manager Personnel & Administration, Management Trainee Finance

1. Additional General Manager (Finance) :
No of post : 01 Post for UR only.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 54 years as on 23.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 36600 to 62000 with 3% Increment.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Finance discipline of 2 years duration from University / Institution recognized by Government.

2. Additional General Manager (Personnel & Administration) :
No of post : 01 Post for UR only.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 54 years as on 23.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 36600 to 62000 with 3% Increment.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Finance discipline of 2 years duration from University / Institution recognized by Government.

3. Deputy General Manager (Finance) :
No of post : 04 Posts (UR-2, OBC-1, SC-1)
Age Limit : Not exceeding 50 years as on 23.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 32900 to 58000 with 3% Increment.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Finance discipline of 2 years duration from University / Institution recognized by Government. Minimum of 14 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area with minimum 1 (one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent.

4. Deputy General Manager (Personnel & Administration) :
No of post : 01 Post for OBC only.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 53 years as on 23.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 32900 to 58000 with 3% Increment.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Finance discipline of 2 years duration from University / Institution recognized by Government. Minimum of 14 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area with minimum 1 (one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent.

5. Management Trainee (Finance) :
No of post : 14 Posts (UR-11, OBC-1, SC-1 & ST-1)
Age Limit : Between 27 to 32 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 16400 to 40500 with 3% Increment.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Minimum of 60% in aggregate (for SC/ST-55% in respect of posts reserved for SC/ST candidates) in MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Management (Finance discipline) of 2 years duration from University / Institution recognized by Government (Full Time Courses only).

Rs. 400/- to be sent in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of “Bharat Dynamics Limited” payable at Hyderabad (OR) payment of Rs. 400/- through online module. Applicants should send DD/online payment slip along with registration Slip & Bio-Data form. Applicants belonging to SC/ST/Persons with Disability and BDL employees are exempted from payment of application fee.
