Zilla Swasthya Samiti, ZSS, Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up of the following posts on contractual basis for a period of 11 months with monthly remuneration as noted against each & subject to renewal as per performance & continuance of the Programme only. Other allowances / incentives as admissible under the norms of the society. But in case of PM & DEO, RSBY the service continuance depends upon the concern RKS based on income from RSBY. post : Block Data Manager, Block Accounts Manager, Block Programme Manager, Protocol Manager, Data Entry Operator

1. Block Data Manager :
No of post : 02 Posts (ST-01, SC-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 8450 /- per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Any Graduate with minimum 50% marks & PGDCA/ A level / Dca from a recognized / registered institute (The course duration of PGDCA/DCA etc. should be of minimum one year or 52 weeks). Preference will be given to the candidate having residence of Sambalpur distirct.

2. Block Accounts Manager :
No of post : 02 Posts (ST-01, SC-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9880 /- per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Commerce graduate with minimum 50% marks, having basic knowledge of computing. Perference will be given to the candidates having one year work experience in Govt. Sector. Preference will be given to the candidate having residence of Sambalpur distirct.

3. Block Programme Manager :
No of post : 01 Post for ST(W)-1 only.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 /- per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Should be a graduate in any stream having 55% at graduate level with PGDCA/MCA/BCA. Perference will be given to candidates possessing Post Graduate Qualification in Management / Statistics / Health Education and those having experience in this field. And candidates of Sambalpur District will be given perference.

4. Protocol Manager : RSBY for RKS, DHH, Sambalpur
No of post : 01 Post for UR only.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5600 /- per Month.
Essential Qualification : D. Pharma with PGDCA/DCA with adequate knowledge of computer particularly in MS-Office. (applicant having higher qualification can also apply but no additional advantage will be given)
Experience : Preference will be given to the candidates having one-year work experience in RSBY/OSTF subject to that they are fulfilling the required eligibility criteria & pass the required test. (Protocol Manager currently working through outsourcing agency are required to submit “No Objection Certificate” from their concerned employers.)

5. Protocol Manager : RSBY for RKS, SDH, Kuchinda
No of post : 01 Post for UR only.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5600 /- per Month.
Essential Qualification : D. Pharma with PGDCA/DCA with adequate knowledge of computer particularly in MS-Office. (applicant having higher qualification can also apply but no additional advantage will be given)
Experience : Preference will be given to the candidates having one-year work experience in RSBY/OSTF subject to that they are fulfilling the required eligibility criteria & pass the required test. (Protocol Manager currently working through outsourcing agency are required to submit “No Objection Certificate” from their concerned employers.)

6. Data Entry Operator :
No of post : 13 Posts (RSBY for RKS, DHH-03, RSBY for RKS, Kuchinda-02, RSBY for RKS, Rairakhol-02, RSBY for RKS, Kuntara-01, RSBY for RKS, Fasimal-01, RSBY for RKS, Jujomora-01, RSBY for RKS, Charma-01, RSBY for RKS, Naktideo-01, RSBY for RKS, Garposh-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 /- per Month.
Essential Qualification : Graduate with PGDCA. (applicant having higher qualification can also apply but no additional advantage will be given)
Experience : Preference will be given to the candidates having one-year work experience in RSBY/OSTF subject to that they are fulfilling the required eligibility criteria & pass the required test. (DEOs currently working through outsourcing agency are required to submit “No Objection Certificate” from their concerned employers.)
