Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal, TDSAT, Applications are invited for filling up the following posts in the Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi on deputation basis from amongst officers fulfilling the following requirements:-
 
1. Principal Private Secretary :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Officers of Central/State Govt./Courts/ Tribunals. 1. Holding analogous posts; or 2. having 8 years regular service as PS in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-10500/- (pre-revised),
Scale of Pay : PB-3 15600 to 39100 + G.P. of Rs. 6600/- per month.
Age Limit : The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.

2. Private Secretary :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Officers of the Central/State Govt./Courts/ Tribunals. i) holding an analogous posts; OR ii) Stenographer Grade ‘C’ (Rs.5500-9000 pre-revised) with 8 years regular service.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 9300 to 34800/- + G.P. of Rs. 4800/- per month.
Age Limit : The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.

3. Steno Grade ‘C’ :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Persons holding – a) the post of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ on regular basis in the Central/State Government/Courts/ Tribunals; OR (b) the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’ in Central/State Governments/Courts/Tribunals in the scale of Rs . 4000-6000 with 5 years of regular service in the grade.
Essential:
(i) Degree of a recognized University or Equivalent;
(ii) A speed of 100 w.p.m. in shorthand (English) and typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 9300 to 34800/- + G.P. of Rs. 4200/- per month.
Age Limit : The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.

4. Steno Grade ‘D’ :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Officials of the State/Central Govt./Courts/ Tribunals holding analogous posts on regular basis. Possessing the qualifications; i) Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board or University; and ii) Short hand speed of 80 words per minute in English.
Scale of Pay : PB-1 5200 to 20200 + G.P. Rs. 2400/- per month.
Age Limit : The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.

The applications in the prescribed Proforma from eligible officers who can be spared in the event of their selection may be forwarded to the Registrar, Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal by 30th November, 2010 along with (a) up-to-date ACR Dossiers of the candidate concerned or photo copies of the annual confidential reports for the last five years: (b) Vigilance Clearance Report clearly indicating that no disciplinary or criminal proceedings are either pending or contemplated against the officer concerned; (c) Statement showing the minor/major penalties imposed, if any, and (d) Integrity Certificate.
