1. General Manager :
No of post : 02 Posts Technical
Age Limit : Not more than 50 years.
Scale of Pay : E6- Rs. 36600 to 62000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech / B.E in Textile Technology or equivalent from a National level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities for appointment to senior positions Minimum 16 years of post qualification relevant experience, out of which at least 4 years in senior management level.
2. Deputy General Manager :
No of post : 05 Posts Technical
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years.
Scale of Pay : E5- Rs. 32900 to 58000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech / B.E in Textile Technology or Diploma equivalent from a National level Institute. Minimum 14 yrs of post qualification relevant experience.
3. Deputy General Manager Retail Marketing :
No of post : 02 Posts
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years.
Scale of Pay : E5- Rs. 32900 to 58000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA (Marketing) or equivalent with specialit in Marketing from a National Level Institute of repute & recognized by Competent Indian. Authorities for appointment to senior positions. Minimum 14 years of post qualification relevant experience, out of which at least 4 years in senior management level.
4. Deputy General Manager Human Resource :
No of post : 03 Posts
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years.
Scale of Pay : E5- Rs. 32900 to 58000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA (Marketing) or equivalent with specialit in Marketing from a National Level Institute of repute & recognized by Competent Indian. Authorities for appointment to senior positions. Minimum 14 years of post qualification relevant experience, out of which at least 4 years in senior management level.
5. Deputy General Manager Finance :
No of post : 03 Posts
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years.
Scale of Pay : E5- Rs. 32900 to 58000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : CA/ICWA/Finance, MBA Finance or equivalent with specialization in Finance from a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian. Authorities for appointment to senior positions. Minimum 14 yrs of post qualification relevant experience.
6. Senior Manager Technical :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years.
Scale of Pay : E4- Rs. 29100 to 54500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech / B.E in Textile Technology or Diploma equivalent from a National level Institute. Minimum 10 yrs of post qualification relevant experience.
7. Senior Manager Legal :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years.
Scale of Pay : E4- Rs. 29100 to 54500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : LLB From a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian. Authorities. LLM will be given preference Minimum 10 years post qualification relevant experience. Experience in similar industry will be preferred.
8. Joint Manager Legal :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years.
Scale of Pay : E2- Rs. 20600 to 46500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : LLB From a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian. Authorities. LLM will be given preference Minimum 05 years post qualification relevant experience. Experience in similar industry will be preferred.
9. Joint Manager IT :
No of post : 04 Posts
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years.
Scale of Pay : E2- Rs. 20600 to 46500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech / B.E in Textile Technology or Diploma equivalent from a National level Institute. Minimum 05 yrs of post qualification relevant experience.
10. General Manager / Deputy General Manager Technical Textile :
No of post : 02 Post
Age Limit : Not more than 50 years.
Scale of Pay : Remuneration will be mutually decided.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. Tech / B.E (Textile Technology / Chemical Engineering) from a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian. Authorities for appointment to senior positions.
SELECTION PROCEDURE :
Eligible candidates shortlisted based on the initial scrutiny will be called for interview. Suitable communications in this regard will be sent to the candidates individually. Out-station candidates called for interview will be paid eligible train fare by the shortest route on production of proof of journey as per NTC TA rules
