Qualification:
For posts at Sl No. 1, 4 & 5
The candidate(s) should possess I class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile /Production and related discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.  Candidates with MBA Qualification will be preferred.

For post at Sl No. 2
The candidate should be Chartered Accountant preferably with proven skills in Computer Application in the areas of Financial Management. The candidates should have relevant experience in a large Engineering / Auto Industry.

For post at Sl No. 3
The candidates should have MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Social Work /  Personnel Management (2 yrs full time)  with specialization in Industrial Relations/ HR / OB  from institution of repute.  Degree in Law is desirable.
