Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Co Ltd, MahaTransco, the State Transmission utility of Maharashtra and one of the largest transmission utilities in the State operating about 37093 CKT KM transmission lines 517 EHV Sub-Stations and having transformation capacity of 66583 MVA invites applications from dynamic, talented and professional persons for the following posts.
 
1. Assistant General Manager (HR) :
No of Post : 04 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 26860 to 32385/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (1) Degree of a recognized University. (2) MBA (HR)/ (Personnel Management) or its equivalent from a recognized University or Institute of repute approved by AICTE. (3) Computer Proficiency.
Age Limit : Upper age limit 40 years.

2. Senior Manager (HR) :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 21170 to 25395/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (1) Degree of a recognized University And (2) Two yearsfull time Post Graduate degree in Business Administration / Management with Specialization in Human Resource Development / Personnel Management from a recognized University or Institute, (3) Computer Proficiency.
Age Limit : Upper age limit 40 years.

3. Manager (HR) :
No of Post : 06 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 19810 to 23710/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (1) Degree of a recognized University And (2) Two years full time degree in Business Administration / Management with Specialization in Human Resource Development / Personnel Management from a recognized University or Institute, (3) Minimum Computer Literacy : Must be proficient in M.S. Office.
Age Limit : Upper age limit 40 years.

4. Deputy Manager (HR)- Trainee :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 14225 to 17575/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (1) Degree of a recognized University And (2) Two years full time degree in Business Administration / Management with Specialization in Human Resource Development / Personnel Management from a recognized University or Institute, (3) Minimum Computer Literacy : Must be proficient in M.S. Office.
Age Limit : Upper age limit 35 years.

5. Deputy Chief Industrial Relations Officer :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 25380 to 30255/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1) Master of Social Work or Master of Labour Studies or Master of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. Should have 10 years experience of industrial disputes.
Age Limit : Upper age limit 40 years.

6. Industrial Relations/ Welfare Officer :
No of Post : 07 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 21170 to 25395/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1) Master of Social Work or Master of Labour Studies or Master of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. Should have 07 years experience of industrial disputes.
Age Limit : Upper age limit 40 years.

7. Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 25380 to 30255/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1) Degree of recognized university. 2) Degree in law / Engg./2yrs. postgraduate degree, Diploma in Management / Adm. from a recognised University / Institute (approved by AICTE).
Age Limit : Upper age limit 50 years.

8. Deputy Chief Security Officer :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 25380 to 30255/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1) Degree of recognized university. 2) Degree in law / Engg./2yrs.n postgraduate degree, Diploma in Management / Adm. from a recognised University / Institute (approved by AICTE). 20 years experience in the services like CISF/Civil Defence / Fire Brigade/ Jail Department and such other organisation equivalent to the rank of Dy. Suptd. of Police or Major or Commissioned Officer.
Age Limit : Upper age limit 50 years.

9. Asstt. Chief Security Officer /Asstt. Chief Vigilance Officer :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 21170 to 25395/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree of a recognized University. 15 years experience in Army /Police/Industrial Security.
Age Limit : Upper age limit 40 years.

10. Junior Security Officer :
No of Post : 03 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9570 to 11195/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree of recognized University Must be either a serving or Ex-Police Officer of the minimum rank of Head Constable with good record to his credit.
Age Limit : Upper age limit 33 years.
