Project Management Unit, PMU, To The Project Management Unit (PMU), Ozone Cell, MoEF, New Delhi.

Project Management Unit, PMU, is to assist the Ozone Cell established under the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) for implementation of the sector strategy phaseout of Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS). This will involve implementation of CTC phaseout plan in India to meet its obligation under the Montreal Protocol and the agreed phaseout schedule with Multilateral Fund (MLF) Executive Committee. The Project Coordinator will have overall operational responsibility for implementation of ODS phaseout strategy in the production and consumption sectors through the PMU created for this purpose and will report to Director, Ozone Cell. The Audit Coordinator will be primarily responsible for coordinating these audit activities and supervising the implementation of projects.
 
1. Project Coordinator :

Essential Qualification & Experience : A degree in science/engineering is necessary. MBA / management degree from a reputed institution is desirable. Minimum five years working experience in the Government / Public Sector Unit (PSU) at middle management level is required. Experience in the field of chemical production will be an advantage. Experience in implementation of projects, especially environment related, at World Bank/ UNIDO/ UNDP/ UNEP DTIE/ Government an asset. Experience in Montreal Protocol related activities are desirable.
Scale of Pay : Negotiable based on experience and qualification.
Age Limit : No Bar.

2. Audit Coordinator :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Commerce / Mathematics / Accountancy and Charted Accountancy (CA) is necessary. Management qualification from a reputed institution is desirable.
Minimum five years working experience in performance audit in developmental project sponsored by national, governmental and international organisation is desirable.
Scale of Pay : Negotiable based on experience and qualification.
Age Limit : No Bar.
