Scale of Pay: Rs.8600-250-14600 / Rs.6550-200-11350
Qualification: The Candidate should be a Graduate. Preference will be given to those with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Communication from reputed Institutions / Universities.  However, Relaxation of Qualification and Experience and weightage would be given to candidates with experience in liaison work with Govt. agencies/ Central Ministries.
