North East Institute of Science and Technology, NEIST, For coordination of efforts, CSIR-NEIST intends to recruit Regional Coordinating Officer for its Regional Office (located at Guwahati, Assam) on purely contractual basis for a period of 12 months.

Regional Coordinating Officer :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Candidate must be below 60 years of age. However, upper age limit will be relaxed in case of experienced candidates.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 78,000/- per month including conveyance charges. TA / DA as applicable.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post graduate degree in Social Science/ Geography / Social works (MSW) / Science / Engineering / Management / Public Relations / Mass communication / Disaster Management. Candidate must bear sound physical health.
Desirable : Doctoral degree with 15 (fifteen) years of post–qualification experience in handling / leading / coordinating projects of National importance, and Experience in implementing / coordinating nationally important projects in NER involving multi-agencies and the State Governments.
